MOWILEX PRECOAT WALL UNDERCOAT is a water-based base coat that functions to withstand attacks by alkalis and alkali salts from within the wall, so that it can protect the paint surface from efflorescence.
USE
MOWILEX PRECOAT WALL UNDERCOAT can be used indoors and outdoors for new wall surfaces made of cement plaster and concrete that has dried completely.
