BC – 107 Alcaproof Flex Waterproof is a 2-component flexible anti-leak coating that can be applied to wet areas and even submerged areas. Specially formulated with quality latex and mortar, so it has excellent adhesion and water resistance.
SUPERIORITY:
• Elastic, follows the expansion and contraction of the building well.
• Has high adhesive power and is easy to apply.
• Can close hairline cracks.
• Very waterproof.
• Non-toxic.
• Easy to apply using a brush, roller or trowel.
• Can be applied for indoor and outdoor use
USE
BC – 107 Alcaproof Flex Waterproof can be used on:
• Ground Water Tank
• Basement
• Swimming pool
• Bathroom Floors & Tubs
• Concrete Roof / Gutter
• Concrete Floor / Wall Surfaces.
⚠️ Not recommended as a top coat in open areas.
TECHNICAL DATA
• Form: Dry powder, liquid.
• Color: Grey (powder). White (liquids).
• Mixed density: 1.65 Kg/Liter.
• Mix ratio: 1: 2.5 (LIQUID: POWDER)
• Mixing age: ± 60 minutes depending on air temperature and humidity.
• Drying speed: Touch dry 60 minutes, completely dry 48 hours.
