BC 312 - MULTISEAL SEALANT is a versatile hybrid sealant & adhesive that can be applied to a wide range of substrates.

USE

BC 312 - MULTI SEALANT can be used for all types of materials and surfaces such as:

- Concrete joints

- HVAC Connection

- Metal and Aluminum Panel Connections

- Roof & Gutter Connections.

- Window & Door Perimeter (Glass & wood)

- Gluing wall and ceiling lists

- Concrete, Brick, Limestone, etc. Joints (Porous).

- Granite, Ceramic, Marble, Porcelain

- PVC

Restrictions:

• Should not be used in completely enclosed spaces where the sealant cannot dry due to lack of atmospheric humidity.

• Avoid application below 5°C and above 40°C.

• Not suitable for food contact applications

SUPERIORITY:

• Can be painted with water-based paint

• No shrinkage.

• UV resistant

• Non-stick surface

• No sagging

• Does not cause oil stains on panels and porous materials

• Does not form bubbles, even in wet and humid conditions

• Contains no solvents, silicones or isocyanates

• Very low VOC content
